- A database as big as My Fitness Pal for you to input your food dairy into which Is shared directly with me. (Accountability is key to your success)
- Nutritional targets (calories and macros) set by me which are personalised to you to help you hit your own health and fitness goals in a sustainable, realistic and manageable way. No food is off limits! This isn’t a diet plan, it’s about educating YOU to help YOU better understand and make changes to YOUR diet.
- Weekly workouts sent directly to you, with videos showing you correct form. It doesn’t matter if you are looking for a home workout and have no equipment, a home kettle bell workout or if you are a member of a gym looking for new ideas, I can personalise the workout to you and the equipment you have.
- Track your progress and upload your own progress pictures. Tracking progress is key to keeping you motivated, sometimes the scales don’t always show the full picture so I really encourage clients to also take monthly measurements and progress pictures as well.
- On-going support – access to an online messaging system to any problem or advice you need I am just a message away.
- I am qualified in level 3 post natal fitness so your safety and post-natal recovery is my main concern. So don’t worry if you suffer from a weak pelvic floor I won’t have you doing tuck jumps or if you suffer from diastasis recti (separated abs from pregnancy) I won’t have you doing any unsafe core work which could make your condition worse.
- Fitbit integration – if you have a fitbit you are able to monitor and track your activity via the Active Mummies app and share your activity with me. You can also view your completed goals via the app. Hitting a good daily step count is one of the best things you can do to improve your fitness and again sharing that information with me will motivate you to succeed.
